Born and raised in the diverse environment of the East Village in New York, Caljé has been a strong advocate for more leadership roles for minorities. “Growing up there shaped my personal and professional trajectory. A diverse group of people always surrounded me from a young age, so that concept of diversity and how it can shape or limit opportunity has really stuck with me. Professionally I’ve always worked in homogeneous environments, both as a director at Goldman Sachs and in tech.” She’s been a sought after advisor, mentor and speaker and held talks at The Next Web, Founders Summit and Google Cloud Summit, herself, to name a few.
