There is something about conflict that intrigues me. Conflict challenges set norms. Conflict ignites unknown energies. Conflict opens undiscovered opportunities. For the past four years, I have completed my PhD at King's College London's Defence Studies Department. I worked on the post-merger integration of Kurdish military forces. And I observed war first hand at the frontlines with ISIS in 2014. At the same time, I had the privilege to work with the Austrian economic and financial sector, collaborating with around 60 partners for the European Forum Alpbach's Economic and Financial Market Symposium. Now I combine my two passions - the theory and knowledge of conflict resolution, change management and post-merger integration plus the practice of project-based work with partners on an eye to eye level - by joining fifty1 as a consultant. I look forward to help clients and partners to challenge set norms, to ignite unknown energies and to open undiscovered opportunities.
