As Head of Applied Strategy, Data & AI, at the CDO Office of Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions, I’m results-driven and focused on working together with our customers and partners to accelerate their digital transformation journey.
Put simply, I help our customers succeed through accelerated Data and AI adoption. By strategically targeting relevant and impactful industry solutions, we unblock business challenges, drive rapid business growth, and create positive social impact.

I believe customer and partner success is based on a balance between strategy, operations, and sales/business development. Having deep experience in these roles, I work with my teams and partners to take a holistic approach in implementing Data & AI solutions.
Having lived and worked in the U.S., the U.K., and Turkey, and having worked for many multinational organizations, I’m highly adaptable and resilient. I thrive in diverse settings and deeply enjoy learning about cultures and people. This attitude, combined with a strong sense of empathy and compassion, helps me internalize the needs of others. From customers to mentees, I care about every interaction and treat it as an opportunity to bond and create synergies.

Career Highlights:
• Directly supported the birth and incubation of Microsoft Business AI solutions at Microsoft Research & Product groups to building a multibillion Data & AI business in 5 years (2016-2021).
• On my first role as EMEA BD Lead at Microsoft, I built a team of 11. My team and I brought on board about 1,500 partnerships in c. 60 subsidiaries over two years. Microsoft paid out $1B to these partners in the following five years.
• I led an Accenture & Microsoft Humanitarian Program, rolling out a Power Virtual Agent for COVID-19 for all public sector, education, health, and non-profit clients. Our flagship implementation was with the India Ministry of Health where we rolled the solution to 1.3 billion citizens in 10 days during April 2020.
• I led the Girls in AI Hackathon pilots with colleagues and volunteers from Microsoft Data & AI, Education, and Philanthropies teams as well as customers and partners. The team won several awards and the program has been integrated into several Diversity in AI/ Tech programs since then.
