Climate change isn’t just a science issue, it’s a humanity issue. Climate impacts all aspects of society. Access to understanding is still governed by structural biases; race, poverty, economy. The school strikes seem like a world away, and so momentum was deflated and pivoted at the start of the pandemic. Unfortunately, the climate crisis is ongoing and relentless, and we need to build strength and resilience to aid the fight.
