Prof. Dr. Florian Koch has been a professor at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences since 2018 in the field of real estate management with a focus on urban development and smart cities. He studied spatial planning at the universities of Dortmund and Rome and received his PhD from the Humboldt University of Berlin in 2009.
