David Dreyfus has done numerous M&A as well as capital markets transactions for clients including e.g. Bertelsmann, WAZ; Granada Media; Vivendi, RAG, Bilfinger, EADS, RWE, Techem, Veolia, Apax, Advent, BC Partners, Capvis, CVC, CD&R, EQT, Gilde and Permira.
