With over 10 years in our industry I began my career as a Technology Recruiter with Robert Walters in Australia. After 3 years in glorious Perth I worked in Canada during the 2015 Oil crash. This challenging experience and the Canadian winter inspired me to spend the last of my savings, move to Guatemala & launch a remote Rec2Rec business with my wife. In 2018 I set up THE RECRUITER STARTUP PODCAST to learn how to build & scale a recruitment company by interviewing the best & brightest in our industry. Over the past two years our podcast has had 200000 downloads from the Recruitment Community & has become an integral element to how we engage with our candidates & clients.
