Over 16 years experience working with global brands across fashion, jewellery and CPG. These include Givenchy, Burberry, All Saints, John Varvatos, PericoneMD & Agent Provocateur. During 8 years at Burberry, transformed the brands digital capabilities in ecommerce, digital marketing and client data and insights. Build out e-commerce to over 50 countries across North America, Europe and Asia (with a focus on China). Developed strategy, executed and operated initiatives across customer and commercial initiatives including the launch of omni-channel, analytics and data, China expansion including own brand site and TMall, and launched Burberry Beauty on Amazon.
5 years ago, I moved to LA to lead digital transformation for PE firm Lion Capital, overseeing a cross-brand digital leadership team comprising of senior marketing and digital executives. Over the last 5 years I have built digital capability & acumen across the Lion brands, reinventing brands approach to owned earned and paid, and set the frameworks and strategies to enable a shift towards data led, customer centric digital marketing to impact growth at pace.
