My work evolves around two things: healthcare and technology. As Managing Director of Flying Health, I am connecting experts from healthcare, science, entrepreneurship, and technology by facilitating the leading ecosystem for next generation healthcare. As there is always a new future, I ask myself every day what the next generation of healthcare might look like. New technologies and products will enable better care for humans worldwide. While recent innovations are based on bits & bytes we dive into new areas where different life science disciplines come together and enable new solutions that are still in the R&D phase but have the potential to create value for patients in the future. Along with new products, there are also new players entering the healthcare industry reshaping value chains by new business models. By shifting the point of care towards people's private space, I see healthcare venturing into new areas such as smart homes or mobility where technology offers solutions to focus more on preventative healthcare. At Flying Health, we bring together relevant players not only from healthcare, but we also look at potential collaboration opportunities across industries. What we want to achieve is creating a healthcare system for the next future. We enable unique conversations, look into new solutions, and create business models for the future health industry. We call it our Pioneer Program.
