Elise is heading the People & Culture department at Spryker Systems. Her main goal is to create a company culture digital talents love to work for. Since 4 years Elise is constantly working on creating, optimizing and innovating HR processes, built up the talent acquisiton team and developed a feedback and learning culture. Before joining Spryker, she gained experiences in startups and corporates such as Auto1 and Otto with a strong focus on recruiting and employer branding.
