Catherine Bischoff is CRO at Factory Berlin, Germany's largest curated community of innovators and creators defining the future of work and a leading voice in Germany’s tech and start-up ecosystem. As Factory Berlin’s lead on strategic partnerships, she works with founders, investors, industry, accelerators and academic institutions to develop dynamic programs for Germany’s fast-changing global economy. She has worked on the ground in Germany, France, Canada and the U.S in business development and marketing roles within startups, Fortune 500 companies, professional sports and academia. Prior to joining the Factory Berlin, Catherine managed international programs and global partnerships for the Faculty of Engineering / Conrad School of Entrepreneurship at the University of Waterloo in Canada. She’s passionate about supporting high potential founders and creating collaborative opportunities between the old and new economy by bringing a global mindset to the German innovation landscape
