I'm a product Manager at General Assembly, where I'm creating a new digital learning product called Dash that teaches people to make awesome websites for free, online. Before that, I built Scratchpad and sold it to GA. Before that, I was employee #2 at Olark live chat where, amongst other projects, I lead the team building Chat Console, our first in-browser interface for our customers to talk to their web visitors.
